I think what most impressed me about Leonard was his cool, down to earth
relaxed manor. I remember a time sitting with him at the University of 
CA Santa Cruz. I was new to Linux and in comparison to him I new little 
about computers. Leonard was willing to take the time and explain just 
about anything about computers to anyone at any level. I also noticed 
that he treated everyone the same. Leonard's personality seemed to be 
blind to social or educational strata. He was one of the if not the 
smartest person I have ever met.
